Marshall Ward
First Vice President at Marcus & Millichap
Marshall Ward is a Multi-Family specialist working in Marcus and Millichap's San Francisco office; exclusively representing buyers, and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of Multi-Family properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
In January of 2015, Mr. Ward joined Marcus and Millichap, the nation’s leading real estate brokerage for commercial transactions. He has been very successful since joining the firm, receiving the 2015 Rookie of the Year Award, promoted to Senior Associate in 2017, and being honored with the 2018 Marcus & Millichap Sales Recognition Award. He specializes in San Mateo, and Santa Clara County Multi-Family Housing, and has sold over $200 Million in commercial real estate since joining Marcus & Millichap, consisting of a diverse range of asset types ranging from land, office, Multi-Family, and Triple-Net (NNN) properties.
Marshall is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he majored in Political Science, with a focus in Real Estate law. In his free time he enjoys sailing the bay, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Carissa, and dog, Sonny.
Sean Bloore
Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap
Sean Bloore joined the Nations #1 Commercial Brokerage, Marcus Millichap, in 2019. He specializes in Multi-Family investment sales in Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Mateo counties with his partner Marshall Ward. Together they have successfully sold over $100M in commercial real estate, guiding local, national and multi- national clients with their acquisitions, asset repositions and dispositions.
After graduating from the University of Utah with a BA in History where he was a member of the varsity Swim and Dive team, he moved back to his hometown of Walnut Creek, California. Sean now utilizes his attention to detail, ability to conduct in depth analysis, and competitive mindset to give his clients unflattering commitment. Sean looks forward to hopefully working with you as we begin the journey to achieve your financial goals.
Shannon Perault

Shannon studied Business with an emphasis in Marketing at the University of Utah. She joined our team as a marketing coordinator in charge of assisting our team in expanding our client base as well as creating marketing portfolios, postcards, and other vital marketing materials.
